Monarch Trail Ride

Reservations required.

Monarch Trail Ride will be a little different as folks will get to experience the beautiful rugged hills and mesas the trails on the south side of the SASP have to offer.

Camping will be around the Chaparral Pavilion with participants assigned to one of the fourteen electric/water sites. As there are no horse pens at these sites, participants can use their own pens, or tie to their trailers. You are welcome to camp at the north side equestrian campground and trailer over before the ride, if you wish.  It's a good 15 minute drive.  Maker your own reservations for the Northside online.

Guided rides will begin at 9:00am returning at noon on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch on your own. Saturday's potluck dinner is included with the Friends providing the meat and participants bringing a side dish to share.

Silent Auction will be held Saturday evening.  Everyone is invited to donate anything  they wish - new items or gently used tack are always appreciated. All proceeds from the ride will be used to improve and maintain the park.
